John Moreno, Senior Vice President, National Sales Director of Carter, Young and Associates, LLC.
A distinguished veteran of the insurance industry, and former President of Leviet Group, John Moreno comes out of retirement to bring his 36 years of experience to the company.

Prior to CY Benefits, Mr. John Moreno was the President of Leavitt Health Benefits Group. He has been working in the employee benefits industry since 1978, specializing in large accounts, associations, and public entities. Before joining the Leavitt Group, Moreno served as the Employee Benefits Practice Leader of HUB International, and was also the Southern California Regional Benefits Manager. Prior to that, he was the National Benefits Practice Leader at USI. Moreno has owned his own consulting agency, and has also worked for national firms Sedgwick and Marsh & McLennan/Mercer.
He has a degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Utah. John brings a diverse background of industry experience to our team. His technical expertise, strong leadership, and organizational skills within the industry are of great benefit to our organization and clients.
William “Bill” Campbell, CPA as the South Texas Regional Sales Director of Carter, Young and Associates, LLC.
“Mr. Bill Campbell is an experienced and accomplished addition to the CY Benefits team, and we are very pleased to have him head our benefit rollout efforts in South Texas.” said Gregory Carter, CEO, CY Benefits.
Mr. Campbell has been an entrepreneur and independent businessman in the South Texas area since 1985, with broad experiences in business financial growth and management. His primary focus has been that of a “turn around” specialist. Mr. Campbell has held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, National Sales Manager, Stockbroker, as well as Accounting Manager and Accounting Software Consultant. He has extensive expertise in business financial management, market analysis, software installation and training, sales, revenue forecasting, sales force, employee management, and Human Resource policy and procedures.
He is a proven leader that serves to ensure that his staff and clients achieve their financial as well as organizational goals.
